	Kelly's Coffee & Fudge Factory Minimum Site Requirements: • A plain site shell • 800 to 1,400 square feet • 400 amps of available power • Air conditioning units of one ton per 250 sq. ft. • 1" water line • 4" sewer line • ADA approved restrooms • A typical Lease of ten (10) years with two options of five (5) years each
		At the time of this writing, Kelly's stores number 42 with 15 more stores planned for 2006. Our current target area includes but is not limited to the U.S.A. and North America.
